Life and work no longer take turns. They collide. At 19, I have grown up watching my generation juggle studies, jobs, side projects, and ambitions, all blending together with no clear line between them. The tools we rely on either track us like a statistic or split our lives in two. Neither helps us grow.

I started Sotia because I believe technology can be something different. A calm layer that listens with consent, explains itself, and brings clarity to the noise. Not another dashboard. Not another way to monitor. Instead, a way to see patterns across the whole day, in work and in life, and translate them into guidance that actually helps.

Sotia is not about control. It is about context. Meetings turn into insights. Daily choices reveal alignment or drift. One timeline shows how close or far you are from the life you want to build.
